From Motorcycle Tubes to Earrings

January 21, 2013 By Proventil sales 4 Comments

One of my favorite recycled jewelry projects was earrings made from motorcycle tubes. My dad has a shop full of fun things begging to be made into jewelry. What? Dad, that’s not what your shop is for? Hmm…

I found a bunch of old motorcycle tubes in the shop one day and decided they were better suited as earrings. Motorcycle tubes are a lot thicker than bicycle tubes which made it easier to actually create things out of.

Since just earrings are never enough, I also made a flower necklace to go with it. The necklace is pretty big so I don’ wear it as ofter as the earrings.

My next request is for these tubes to come in multiple colors. Seems like something that will happen right?
